Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving it.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was missing items

  • The food was undercooked or overcooked

  • The order was delayed excessively and arrived cold


How Refunds Work

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement order instead


❗ What’s Not Covered

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Minor dissatisfaction with taste or spice level

  • Orders placed with incorrect delivery addresses or phone numbers

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms or extreme weather

  • Orders not picked up within a reasonable time
